Spam Act 2003 (AU) compliance

SnapPDF is an Australian business (ABN 40 300 987 116). Our marketing email practices comply with the Spam Act 2003 (Cth).

Consent

We only send commercial email when one of:

• You signed up for a newsletter (express consent).
• You're an active customer and we're sending you service or billing updates (inferred consent).
• You emailed us first and we're replying.

Identification

Every marketing email includes our business name, ABN, and a physical address.

Unsubscribe

Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe link. We honor unsubscribe requests within 5 business days (the Act allows 5, we usually process within minutes).

Non-marketing

Billing notifications, security alerts, and outage reports are service messages — you can't unsubscribe from those as long as you have an active account. Delete the account to stop them.

Reporting abuse

If you receive email from SnapPDF that you believe violates the Spam Act, email abuse@snappdf.au. We'll investigate within 24 hours.
