We're designed for developers in regulated industries. GDPR compliance isn't an afterthought — it's how the product is built.

Your rights

Under Articles 15–22 of the GDPR:

• Access — get a copy of your personal data we hold.
• Rectification — correct inaccurate data.
• Erasure — delete your data (“right to be forgotten”).
• Portability — download your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
• Restriction / objection — limit how we process your data.

Email privacy@snappdf.au. We respond within 30 days.

Legal basis

• Contract performance — for delivering the service you signed up for.
• Legitimate interest — fraud prevention, service improvement, financial records.
• Legal obligation — tax and anti-money-laundering records.

International transfers

We use Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers out of the EEA. You can opt into EU-only processing on Business+ plans.

Data Protection Officer

We're small enough that we don't have a formal DPO yet, but privacy@snappdf.au routes to the team that handles these requests.
